The monumental dog was a great tribute to the WA DC area. It was simple to make but packed with lots of bursting flavor. Topped with banana peppers, onions, red peppers, pickles and served on potato bun with mayo this dog was a mouthful. The bite of the raw onion went great with the banana peppers and pickels. The hot dog was an all beef frank w/ natural casing from boars head — and long enough to fill almost any bun.
