This chicken sandwich has tons of flavor and is great for a party or at home with the family. The sweetness of the onions goes well with the peppery chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Pound Mushrooms
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Onion Buns
Marinade ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Canola
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
Directions
- Mix the marinade ingredients. Marinade with the chicken form a couple hours to overnight.
- Saute the onions. Once softened turn to medium low and add balsamic vinegar. Stirring occasionally.
- Heat grill to medium high heat
- Saute mushrooms
- While mushrooms and onions are cooking, grill the chicken breasts on indirect heat until done.
