Earlier this year FoodGrizzly went on a Hot Dog Food Tour. After eating so many hot dogs FoodGrizzly came up with his own favorites. The favorites are slightly modified versions of the New York and New England Hot Dogs.
These Dogs are served with there respective local toppings and both with mustard. One with sauerkraut (NY) and one with relish (NE). The hot dog was cooked char style by cutting in half and frying until the dog starts to blacken. This adds some great crunch.
