This is a quick, fun and healthy meal to cook — and — the smoky flavor of the landjaeger gives it a foodgrizzliness taste. When we cooked this we didn’t have much in the fridge or pantry but put this together and it tasted great.
This penne rigate pasta is tossed with blanched asparagus, toasted pine nuts, garlic olive oil, Parmesan cheese and a diced up landjaeger. Served with seasoned French bread on the side.
