A mole sauce tastes great on chicken or steak and is relatively simple to make. Mole sauce is a Mexican sauce — and everyone seems to make it differently. Most of the mole’s I’ve had are made with peppers and/or chocolate to give it some bold flavors. This mole sauce is great as a topper for a beef tenderloin or used as a sauce with chicken tacos.
